Common rubrics

Exemplary: sources are appropriate, current and clearly tied to claims; assumptions and gaps are visible.

Needs revision: claims rely on inference, unattributed material or false precision.

Exemplary: the work can be implemented, tested and assigned to an owner.

Needs revision: the work remains generic or cannot survive realistic constraints.

Exemplary: privacy, consent, worker, guest, artist, student and community impacts are addressed.

Needs revision: the plan treats people only as revenue or engagement inputs.

Exemplary: tradeoffs, alternatives and contrary evidence are discussed.

Needs revision: recommendations are asserted without explaining why.
