Before service, inspect every tool for cleanliness, damage, calibration, correct assembly and a stable home position. A tool is not ready because it is present; it is ready when it can perform its control reliably.

3. Complete operating method
  1. Define the result. Read the title, house standard and service context. State what a successful water, evaporation, steam and concentration result must look, taste, feel or operate like.
  2. Identify risk and authority. Name the safety, legal, quality and operational boundaries. Know which condition requires stopping work and involving the person in charge.

Do not call a correction successful until the next measured result meets the original standard. When the cause is uncertain, reduce variables and compare a fresh control.
