3. Complete operating method

Do not call a correction successful until the next measured result meets the original standard. When the cause is uncertain, reduce variables and compare a fresh control.

Why this works

Sharpness, board stability, body position and a repeatable cut matter more than raw speed. Uniform geometry creates uniform cooking and predictable yield.

Tools and station setup

Use the smallest appropriate sharp knife, a stable color-coded board, a damp towel or nonslip mat, a bench scraper and a scale or cut guide.
