1. Scope

This Privacy Policy describes information processed through keepemcomingback.com. Third-party sites and services have separate practices.

2. Information collected automatically

Hosting and network providers may process IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, error information, security signals, and similar technical logs needed to deliver, secure, diagnose, and operate the Site.

3. Information you choose to provide

The focused library-help form may collect name, email address, role, optional venue or organization and region, selected help area and subarea, type of help, relevant resource title and URL, goal, blocker, prior attempts, desired response, resources suggested by the site, request identifier, timestamp, consent, and anti-spam fields. The website-administration form may collect name, email address, issue category, page URL, message, consent, and anti-spam fields. The email-updates form may collect name, email address, interests, consent, and anti-spam fields. Do not submit sensitive personal information.

4. Venue Work Tools

The simplified Venue Work Tools do not submit what you type to Riley. The page remains in your browser until you leave, refresh, clear, print, or save. Riley does not promise recovery. Your browser, device, extensions, printer, PDF software, operating system, or network may process information according to their own settings.

5. How information is used

Focused help-request information is used to evaluate whether a question falls within the published library, identify the relevant resource, provide a possible email response, improve confusing or incomplete material, prevent abuse, and maintain ordinary administrative records. A submission does not guarantee a response.

• Maintain records, enforce terms, protect rights, and comply with law.

6. Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by Netlify, domain and DNS providers, email providers, mailing-list providers, analytics providers if activated, anti-spam services, professional advisers, and other vendors needed to operate the Site. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid process, protect safety or rights, investigate abuse, or complete a business transfer.

7. Netlify Forms

When Netlify form detection is enabled, library-help, website-administration, and newsletter submissions may be collected in the Netlify dashboard and may trigger email or other notifications. Netlify acts under its own terms and privacy practices. Spam submissions may also be processed for filtering.

8. No sale, targeted advertising, or profiling

The Site does not currently sell personal data, use it for targeted advertising, or profile visitors in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. If that changes, this Policy and any required controls will be updated before the change is activated.

9. Analytics and cookies

The current configuration contains no active advertising pixel. Optional privacy-conscious analytics may be activated later. The Site may use necessary browser storage for reading preferences or technical functions. If technology requiring consent is added, the Site should add an appropriate consent mechanism before activation.

10. Retention

Library-help and website-administration submissions are retained only as reasonably necessary to evaluate or respond, maintain ordinary business and legal records, improve the library, prevent abuse, protect rights, or comply with law. Newsletter information may be retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to limited suppression or legal records needed to honor the request. Service providers may retain information under their own policies and legal obligations.

11. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used, including HTTPS, anti-spam fields, security headers, limited data collection, and provider access controls. No transmission, storage, or security control is guaranteed. Do not send sensitive information through ordinary forms or email.

12. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 and Riley does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may request deletion through the Contact page.

13. United States processing and international visitors

The Site is operated from Texas, United States, and providers may process information in the United States or other locations. By using the Site, you understand that laws and protections may differ from those in your location.

14. Your choices and requests

You may ask to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of information you submitted; unsubscribe from updates; object to or restrict certain processing; or appeal a denied privacy request where applicable. Riley may need to verify identity and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

Submit requests through the Contact page and choose the privacy or legal category. Riley does not discriminate against a visitor for exercising an applicable privacy right.

15. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because the Site does not currently sell personal information or use targeted advertising, there is no sale or targeted-advertising opt-out to apply. Browser signals may not control ordinary hosting logs or necessary Site functions.

16. Changes

This Policy may be updated when practices, providers, features, or law change. The effective date identifies the current version.

Use Get Library Help for focused questions about published resources. Use the Website Administration Contact page for privacy, copyright, accessibility, correction, security, or legal matters. Do not include highly sensitive information.

Tool entries, scenarios, favorites, and recent Tools

Information entered into a free Tool stays in the open page unless you choose to print or export a completed document. Exported files are saved through your browser to your device.

Do not enter confidential business information, payment-card data, government identification, protected medical information, private guest records, passwords, or other sensitive information. On a shared device, use the Tool’s “Delete saved data” control and clear browser data when finished.
