How to use a formula

A formula is a controlled starting specification, not a claim that one ratio fits every brand, ice machine, citrus lot or venue. Execute the written 1× version, measure the result, taste at service condition, then document any justified house adjustment. Scaling pages deliberately distinguish arithmetic from process: large batches require homogeneity, temperature, labeling, portion control and a finished-service verification.

Fresh and perishable preparations use conservative storage language because shelf life depends on formulation, process, sanitation, temperature and local requirements. Do not replace a venue’s approved food-safety procedure with a number copied from a website.
