Part of the Texas Craft school. Class 3 of 6.
The capability: you build ranch water and its relatives for a room where guests carry drinks a hundred feet.
Prerequisites: Modules 13, 38.
The practice
Build a ranch water and carry it to the far end of the room. Taste it there. Once.
Then build one with everything cold and one with a room-temperature glass and mixer and carry both.
Then vary the stirs — one against four — and carry both.
And write the house build specification for the walk, not for the rail.
The reference
The version tasted at the bar, which is what the bartender knows and what the guest never gets.
What you are building
The habit of specifying for the actual serving condition.
Because a drink built warm is correct at the bar and flat sixty feet later — which means the failure is structurally invisible to the person making it, per Module 38.
Verification and boundary
The carried taste, and a written build spec.
Boundary: TABC governs service.
