The capability this school builds: a bartender who can speak accurately about Texas products and build drinks that belong in a Texas honky tonk rather than in a cocktail bar anywhere.

Prerequisites: Modules 18, 19, 21, 26, 29, 37, 38, 39, and the Texas Room Application sections.
