The Bar is educational. It does not authorize alcohol sales, age verification, food handling, batching, promotions, or any regulated activity.
Venue responsibility
- Follow TABC, local law, permits, responsible-service requirements, and house policy.
- Measure every alcoholic ingredient and train staff to one approved house spec.
- Do not encourage rapid consumption, competitive drinking, hazing, or claims that caffeine reduces intoxication.
- Disclose allergens and verify every product label.
- Use documented food-safety procedures for egg, dairy, juice, herbs, fruit, and batches.
- Add carbonated ingredients at service unless a qualified process says otherwise.
- Discard products according to approved holding times and sanitation procedures.
