The decisions
Whether to say you are behind. Yes, early.
And this is the hardest thing on the list, because a cook who is behind almost never announces it — announcing it feels like failure, per Module 1.
It is not. A problem announced at seven is a decision. The same problem discovered at nine is a bad night.
And whether voice will carry. During a set, no — which means anything that has to survive gets written, and that is acoustics rather than diligence.
