The decisions
What a document has to contain. Ingredients by weight. Temperatures. Sequence. Endpoint cues rather than durations. And the almost-right.
A recipe records ingredients and frequently does not record the decisions — the temperature, the sequence, the endpoint cue, the thing the experienced person does without mentioning it.
And how to test it. Hand it to a stranger. Whatever they got wrong is what the document is missing, and there is no other way to find out.
What you are reading
The trainee's output against the reference.
What goes wrong here
A document that assumes the reader already knows.
And a procedure specifying a duration where the endpoint is a taste — per the bar's Module 45, that document produces a different product on the second batch.
