Track Overview
The job: turn what one person knows into something the room owns.
The shift: whenever there is time, which is the constraint.
What makes it hard: the expert cannot enumerate what they know, per Module 53 — and that is not evasion, it is what expertise is. The trainer's job is largely extraction.
Prerequisites: Modules 6, 49, 50, 53, and the track for whatever is being taught.
