The secret to keeping this up without burning out is planning ahead and batching — doing a week or a month of thinking and filming in one focused sitting, then scheduling it so you’re not chained to your phone every day. Fill these templates in, and let them carry the load. Leave a little room for real-time, spontaneous posts, but let the plan be your backbone.

How to Use This

Plan a week (or month) at once — decide what you’ll post before you pick up the camera.
