These limits remain part of the Tool, but they no longer interrupt the main form.

This free tool is adapted from Riley Epperson’s Keep ’Em Coming Back series for general educational and planning use. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, engineering, emergency-response, or other professional advice. Laws, platform rules, rates, and requirements change. Verify current requirements and consult the appropriate qualified professional before relying on it.

Attorney review required: This is a starting draft or discussion worksheet, not a binding contract or lawyer-drafted release. Have a qualified Texas attorney review and tailor the final document before anyone signs or relies on it. Each party should obtain independent advice when appropriate.

A realistic, fill-in rider scaled to an independent Texas room.

Chapter Eighteen covered hospitality, the rider, and lodging. This appendix is a realistic rider you can fill in and attach to your deal memo (Appendix B) — scaled to the kind of independent rooms that make up most of the circuit, not to a stadium. It tells the room exactly what the act needs to do a good job, and lets the room confirm what it can provide in the advance (Appendix C). A fillable companion accompanies this appendix.

Part One — The Header

Part Two — Technical

PA & Sound: { A PA adequate for the room, and a competent engineer — provided by whom? }

Part Three — Hospitality

Part Four — The Practical Bits

Keep it reasonable and keep it current. A rider scaled to the room, with the essentials marked, gets honored; a wish list scaled to someone else’s career gets ignored.
