Step 1

Fill out the form

Type directly into the boxes and check any items that apply.

Plan ahead, batch in one session, and stop scrambling daily. A sustainable pace beats a frantic one.

The secret to keeping this up without burning out is planning ahead and batching — doing a week or a month of thinking and filming in one focused sitting, then scheduling it so you’re not chained to your phone every day. Fill these templates in, and let them carry the load. Leave a little room for real-time, spontaneous posts, but let the plan be your backbone.

How to Use This

Plan a week (or month) at once — decide what you’ll post before you pick up the camera.

Batch-film in one focused session — several pieces at a time, not one exhausting scramble a day.

Schedule ahead so most of your posting runs on autopilot.

Leave room for the real-time stuff — a great live moment always beats the plan, so keep a little space for it.

Protect your off-days — batching exists so you can clock out (see Chapter 36).

Your Content Pillars

Define your 3–5 recurring content themes — the buckets most of your posts fall into (e.g., drink recipes, the live band, regulars & the room, behind-the-bar tips, honky-tonk culture).

The Batching Rhythm

Pick one recurring planning day and protect it — the first of the month, or every payday.

Front-load the work so your posting week runs mostly hands-off.

Never let it become always-on — the whole point is to buy back your off-time.
