These limits remain part of the Tool, but they no longer interrupt the main form.

This free tool is adapted from Riley Epperson’s Keep ’Em Coming Back series for general educational and planning use. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, engineering, emergency-response, or other professional advice. Laws, platform rules, rates, and requirements change. Verify current requirements and consult the appropriate qualified professional before relying on it.

Money and tax caution: Figures, pricing, tax treatment, worker classification, and business structures depend on the facts. Review them with a qualified CPA, tax professional, and attorney where relevant.

Safety and regulatory caution: Do not use this page as a substitute for emergency services, venue-specific safety planning, current TABC guidance, your insurer, counsel, or local authorities. In an emergency, contact 911 and follow official instructions.

Browser-local storage: Entries are not submitted, uploaded, or emailed to the website. To protect work from accidental loss, this page saves entries in this browser’s local storage. Use “Delete saved data” when finished, especially on a shared device. Do not enter sensitive or confidential information.

Step 1

Fill out the form

Type directly into the boxes and check any items that apply.

Fill this in now, while you’re calm — because on the bad day, you won’t be. Keep it where you can find it in thirty seconds.

When something blows up, panic is the real danger — not the crisis itself. This page exists so that on your worst day, you follow the steps instead of your adrenaline. Fill in the blanks now, keep it somewhere fast to reach, and work it top to bottom if the moment ever comes.

The Five Moves

PAUSE — don’t post. Assess before you act. Write the angry reply if you must, then do not send it.

Is the bar involved? If yes → call your owner BEFORE you post a single word.

Is it a real incident with people hurt? Stay silent publicly until you’ve talked to the owner and, if needed, a lawyer. Take care of the humans first. Call 911 for any immediate danger.

Owner / manager (name + number)

Trusted friend or coworker to call

Attorney (if I have one)

Immediate danger — 911

My Pre-Written Holding Line

A calm, honest line you can post to buy yourself time while you figure it out — write it now, before you need it. (Example: “I hear you. I’m looking into this and will follow up.”)
