The PR-in-Motion Tactics Map
Every PR tactic in this book, plainly named and mapped to the chapter that teaches it — and to the stage of the Floor Funnel it serves.
This whole book is a PR book disguised as a dance-culture book. Each chapter quietly taught a marketing tactic while it taught you how to host a floor, because the two are the same work: you don’t advertise a dance floor, you host it, and hosting it well is the marketing. This map gathers every tactic in one place, named for what it is, tied to the chapter that teaches it and the stage of the funnel — First-Timer, First Dance, Regular, Ambassador — that it serves. Use it to see the strategy whole, and to find the chapter you need when a particular part of your funnel needs work.
THE FLOOR FUNNEL
Everything in this book moves a person along one path: First-Timer to First Dance to Regular to Ambassador. A stranger becomes a dancer, a dancer becomes a regular, a regular becomes an evangelist who brings the next stranger. Every tactic below is a way of moving people along that path — or of protecting the room and the teacher so the path keeps working.

HOW TO USE THIS MAP
When a part of your world needs work, find the stage that’s weak and go to the tactic that serves it. Not getting enough newcomers? First-Timer tactics — channel selection, launch, content, the welcome. Losing people? Retention and reputation defense. Ready to grow evangelists? The Ambassador tactics — community, events, word-of-mouth. The funnel tells you where the leak is; this map tells you which chapter fixes it.
