Track Overview
The job: move food and information between the kitchen and a room where voice does not carry.
The shift: doors to close, on the floor.
What makes it different from restaurant service: the building. Dark, loud, with a dance floor between the pass and most of the tables, and a demand curve driven by a set list rather than by seatings.
Prerequisites: Modules 44, 45, 51, and the bar's Modules 7, 8, and 52.
